Unable to meet again

     This past week ended up being very busy for my partners and I. Again I am constantly busy with softball and once again have two games this week as well. When we don't have games we have the rest of the week to practice. Last week we had Friday off because it was a religious holiday (good Friday). Each of us had been busy because of the holiday and had to spend time with our family. Sunday was also Easter and which we were all busy with our family again and we had to celebrate. In addition, I was unable to basically do anything because my Family and I had to go to Miami to take care of my grandmother. We would stay there hours at a time and had to consistently visit her. This made us all unable to really do any filming or editing together. We also didn't end up communicating well because of our other plans. I have a busy week again due to softball and I have practice with my travel team on Saturday as well. We are starting to lose time and we really need to meet up at least one more time. Hopefully we are able to film this Thursday, Friday, or upcoming Sunday. We want to see each other around noon or a little bit after that so there is good, natural lighting coming from the Sun. We want to do this around this time so if we need anything else to add to the film, it would match up with the rest of the clips and so that everything is clear and consistent. I am honestly thinking about taking this Thursday off to meet up with the rest of my partners. I get home about a quarter after 3 by the time the bus drops me off. So if we plan to do something after school we will be able to all arrive to my house around the same time. We really need together this final task done by the end of this week, so hopefully we do complete it and then make any final touch ups if we need to.
